Delivery Info.

When will you ship my item(s)?
Once your order has been placed, we will aim to ship it within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We aim to ship any orders placed before 2pm, the same day, but we are unable to guarantee this. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be picked and packed, however these will be shipped on the following Monday.

Pre-release orders (items that have not yet been released)
If you place an order for a pre-release item, it will be shipped to you a couple of days prior to the release date. The aim is that the product will arrive with you on the day of release, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this as the delivery date will depend on the speed of the postal service.
If you place an order for an item that is in stock and an item that is not yet released, they will be shipped individually. This allows us to ship the item that is in stock straight away and so that you will receive it sooner.

Shipping costs
When you advance to the checkout page, the cost of shipping will be shown to you. Orders for multiple items are posted together and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the order. It can be more economical for customers to place one order for multiple items, rather than several orders for individual items. We are unable to combine shipping costs after you have checked out.

Where do you ship too?
We ship worldwide. Generally International post will require a signature.

I ordered multiple items but have not received them all
This may happen for several reasons. If you have ordered an item that has not yet been released, the item will be shipped at a later date and will generally arrive on the day of release. If an occasion arises where we are unable to fulfil an order, we may source the item from an external supplier and they will ship the item directly to you. By placing an order with us, you are consenting to your name and delivery address being shared with our supplier(s). These details will only be used to enable them to ship the item to you.
